Hello MAR-AMTA!

On behalf of the conference committee, we invite you to be an anonymous reviewer for the 2022 MAR Conference in Harrisburg, PA!

Here is what you can expect if you are selected as a reviewer:

1. Plan on receiving anywhere from 12 to 15 anonymous proposals to review from any possible combination of Concurrent Sessions, CMTE’s and Pre-Conference Institutes.

2. A detailed rubric will be provided for you to use, which allows you to engage with the proposals and complete a concise but thorough evaluation that will be anonymously shared with the person that wrote the proposal.

3. Proposals will be sent to you on November 14th, and they must be completed by December 12th. We anticipate that it will take no more than a few hours total of your time, and you can review at your leisure during the month-long period. As a reminder, these hours spent reviewing may be counted as “professional service” with CBMT toward your Board-Certification renewal.

If you are interested in applying to become a reviewer, please fill out this form no later than 11/12.

If you have any questions regarding this process please contact Timothy Doak at vpconferenceplanning@maramta.org or Ian Veeran at vpconferenceplanningelect@maramta.org

Thank you so much for your consideration!

Sincerely,

Timothy Doak, MS, LCAT, MT-BC, Vice President of Conference Planning

Ian Veeran, MT-BC, NMT, Vice President Elect of Conference Planning

Mary Claire Holliday, LCAT, MT-BC, Continuing Education Coordinator
