Heidi Lengel, MMT, MT-BC, CD(SBD) is a music therapist, pre-licensed counselor, and certified birth & bereavement doula. She is a certified level one complex trauma specialist and level two EMDR practitioner. Heidi works at the Maternal Wellness Center where she supports people as they navigate through and recover from reproductive trauma and parental mental health challenges. Her professional interests include dismantling oppressive structures related to reproductive autonomy and training the next generation of music therapist to provide ethical and equitable reproductive music therapy care.
