Registration for our 2021 Online Conference is now open! We hope you are able to join us for our online conference this year April 9-11.  Concurrent sessions will be held on April 10th and 11th. The early bird registration deadline is February 26th, so be sure to register early to save yourself some money!

***When you register, please use your email as opposed to an employer or accountant etc.  The email address entered will be used to send you conference login information. ***

The online platform (Crowdcast) allows for a substantial amount of continuing education credits, starting with earning 5 CMTE’s just for attending.  In addition, ALL of the concurrent sessions will be recorded and available for 30 days after the conference.  MT-BC’s can claim 1 CMTE credit for every concurrent session watched either in real time and/or via recording. Recordings will be available on the Crowdcast platform for 30 days. To see more information regarding continuing education credits specific to board certification and LCAT’s please click on the link below.

You will also have the option to register for CMTEs only (not attending conference). There is a one time $15 registration fee for that option.

CMTEs can be viewed live or recorded.  If you will be watching live, then you must register for the live CMTE.  If you are going to watch the recorded CMTE, then you will have to register specifically for the asynchronous CMTE(s).  You also have the option to register for both.  Recordings are only available for 30 days.

You will find a list of concurrent sessions, abstracts, presenters and the CMTE slate in this folder. Please follow the link below for that information:

This Google folder will contain updated word documents so you will know what is being offered.  This is also where we will have a copy of the schedule as the details are solidified.

If you are registering as an AMTA member you will need to enter a conference membership code number to receive the member discount pricing. AMTA will send the MAR Conference Planner a list of new and renewed members for 2021. After that information has been received, the conference planner will email you a unique code that you must enter into the system to receive the member discount.

It is VERY important for all members to understand that the MAR system and AMTA’s member system are in no way linked. The process of retrieving membership numbers and emailing the unique codes is a time consuming process completed by the VP for Conference Planning and the VP Elect for Conference Planning. Please take this time delay into consideration when you are renewing your AMTA Membership and registering for conference. The VP for Conference Planning will receive an updated AMTA Membership list weekly, and that is when the email with the Membership code will go out. If you renew your membership 24-48 hours before the close of the early bird deadline we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get your unique number and benefit from the early bird discount!
