Open Comment Period–MT Waiver
The PA State Task Force is happy to report that music therapy, art therapy and Equine Therapy are all included in the Consolidated, P/FDS waivers that are being renewed. The public comment period is NOW and ends on JANUARY 17TH. The Department of Human Services has 3 information webinars scheduled that anyone is welcome to attend. You are also welcome to provide comments on the waivers if you desire. Information on how to register for the Webinars or send official comments is listed on the webpage.
In both waivers, Music Therapy is listed in Appendix C: Participant Services. The language is identical in both.
